On January 17, 2026, Barcelona hosted one of the most strategically positioned gatherings in the iGaming industry, so Harmony Choice became a key date just before ICE Barcelona.

Harmony Choice was an exclusive event by BetConstruct AI that, in fact, aimed to set the tone for the year ahead.

For this milestone occasion, our team was commissioned to design and execute a fully immersive 360° projection mapping environment, and basically the goal was to transform the venue into a living digital ecosystem.

The space was shaped around a future-focused AI narrative, which, in a way, reflected the direction of the brand.

Concept: Building an Intelligent Immersive Environment

Harmony Choice centered around artificial intelligence, automation, and scalable gaming innovation, and so these ideas guided every creative step. Our objective was to translate those abstract themes into a physical and spatial experience that, actually, people could see and feel. Rather than creating a standard conference setup, we engineered an immersive visual architecture that, in fact, surrounded the audience from every angle. This system was powered by advanced projection mapping, which, basically, formed the visual backbone of the event.

We implemented precision 3D projection mapping that, in some respects, added depth and movement to flat surfaces. Custom lighting design was introduced, and so it supported the projected content without overpowering it. Audio-reactive immersive visuals were integrated, which, honestly, made the environment respond to sound.

The integrated stage design connected all visual layers, and in that case nothing felt separate. We provided professional audio equipment rent and projector rent, which, of course, guaranteed stable technical performance. The goal was clear, and actually the environment itself had to feel intelligent.

360° Projection Mapping: Turning Architecture into Narrative

At the core of the production was a seamless 360° projection mapping system that, so, wrapped the venue’s walls and structures in synchronized digital content. Using high-lumen projectors and precise geometric calibration, we transformed static architecture into a responsive visual canvas that, in fact, shifted throughout the program. Every mapped surface was carefully measured and aligned, and basically this created one unified spatial composition. Our 3D projection mapping approach allowed us to create depth illusions and dimensional layering that, in a way, expanded the room visually. We could visually expand the perceived space, and so the venue felt larger than it actually was. Keynote speakers were framed within dynamic digital backdrops that, of course, moved with the narrative. Transitions between presentation mode and networking ambiance were smooth, and in fact they felt natural rather than forced. The mapping content was built around AI-inspired motifs like neural networks and flowing data streams, which, basically, reinforced the strategic message. The result was not just decoration, and actually it worked as a fully integrated storytelling system.

Lighting Design as a Structural Element

No laser show was involved, yet lighting design played a structural role in shaping the atmosphere. Our lighting design mapping approach complemented the projection mapping system, and so it supported the visuals instead of competing with them. Layered lighting zones were engineered, and in fact they enhanced spatial depth across the venue. Key moments were highlighted without overpowering projected content, which, in some respects, kept the balance steady. Lighting design was structured to accentuate stage geometry, and so the shape of the space became more visible. It guided audience attention during announcements, which, actually, helped speakers hold focus. Subtle ambient transitions appeared during networking sessions, and in a way the mood shifted without sharp breaks. Projection clarity was maintained through controlled intensity balancing, and basically this protected image quality. Lighting cues were synchronized with mapped visuals, and so the evening flowed with a steady visual rhythm.

Audio-Reactive Immersive Visuals

One defining element was the implementation of audio-reactive immersive visuals, which, in fact, reacted instantly to sound changes. Instead of static background animations, we developed a responsive visual system that, basically, adapted in real time. The system reacted to music transitions, and so shifts in tempo triggered visual movement.

It responded to applause peaks, which, honestly, made the room feel alive. Presentation segments influenced visual tone, and in that case content and space stayed connected. This audio-reactive layer allowed the environment to feel alive, and actually it subtly followed the energy of the room. The integration required precise calibration between sound engineering systems and media servers, which, in fact, demanded careful coordination. Projection blending zones were aligned with audio signals, and so sound and image moved together. The outcome was seamless alignment between sound and vision that, basically, reinforced the innovative character of the event.

Stage Design Integration

The stage was conceived as a central node within the 360° immersive environment, and so it became part of the overall system. Our stage design was fully integrated into the projection mapping grid, which, in fact, removed visual separation.

Speakers appeared framed within dynamic digital compositions that, actually, extended beyond the stage edges.

Product launch visuals expanded into the surrounding architecture, and in a way the entire room participated.

Transitions between segments were smooth, so nothing felt abrupt or disconnected.

This integration eliminated boundaries between stage and space, and basically the whole venue behaved like one continuous digital surface.

Technical Execution & Equipment Solutions

Delivering this scale of immersive production required solid technical infrastructure, and so planning was detailed from the start.

Projection Infrastructure

We deployed a multi-unit high-performance projection system through our projector rent service, which, in fact, provided the brightness needed for conference conditions.

High brightness levels supported clear visuals, and so content remained visible under stage lighting.

Accurate color calibration was maintained, which, basically, kept brand tones consistent.

Seamless edge blending across 360° surfaces was achieved, and in that case the projections looked unified.

Alongside projector rent, we provided consultation on projector sales solutions that, actually, support future activations.

Audio Systems

To support keynote presentations, we provided professional audio equipment rent solutions that, in fact, delivered consistent clarity.

Distributed speaker arrays were installed, and so sound coverage felt balanced across the venue.

Wireless microphone systems were prepared for presenters, which, basically, allowed free movement on stage.

On-site sound engineering supervision was present, and in a way this reduced technical risk.

We offer rent audio equipment sales options, and so partners can build long-term infrastructure if needed.

Synchronization between projection mapping, lighting design, and audio systems was managed through centralized control, which, actually, kept execution stable throughout the event.

Audience Experience

From entry to closing moments, guests were immersed in a space that, in fact, reflected the future-forward vision of BetConstruct AI.

A fully enveloping 360° projection mapping introduction sequence opened the evening, and so the tone was set immediately.

Dynamic visual transitions supported product announcements, which, basically, strengthened key messages.

Ambient audio-reactive immersive visuals shaped networking sessions, and in a way they maintained energy without distraction.

Architecture, light, and digital storytelling merged into one system that, honestly, surrounded every attendee.

Guests were not just spectators, and actually they stood inside a responsive digital environment that mirrored the intelligence of AI technology.

Setting the Visual Tone for 2026

Harmony Choice Barcelona marked the opening chapter of the iGaming year, and so expectations were high from the start.

Through advanced projection mapping, immersive 3D projection mapping, integrated lighting design, and audio-reactive immersive visuals, the venue became a fully immersive brand space that, in fact, embodied innovation.

Supported by projector rent, projector sales consultation, audio equipment rent, and rent audio equipment sales solutions, the production demonstrated how technology-driven environments shape strategic industry events in a way that feels immediate and real.
