Client Objective & Brief

The production team commissioned C-Squared to engineer dynamic visual layers for the pop concert series at the arena. The brief required executing a high-energy opening laser show, maintaining synchronized aerial laser routines across key musical tracks, and mapping high-contrast graphics onto a massive 11-meter inflatable doll stage element during a feature performance sequence.

Challenge

Projecting onto an 11-meter inflatable fabric structure within an arena environment presented distinct technical challenges. The non-rigid, three-dimensional geometry required real-time optical alignment to accommodate physical surface shifts, while ensuring projector brightness and color saturation remained high against surrounding arena stage lighting without casting unwanted light spill into the audience.

• Opening & Ongoing Laser Show Deployment: Rigged and operated high-power laser systems across the main arena, opening the concert with high-intensity beam choreography and maintaining laser sweeps, grids, and light planes throughout distinct songs.

• 11-Meter Inflatable Doll Mapping: Digitally mapped high-brightness projector feeds onto the 11-meter inflatable structure using spatial warping software, aligning visual textures and graphics precisely to the doll's contours.
