On August 9–10, 2025, ArevOd Fest gathered thousands of attendees at the Sky Club Airfield in Yeghvard for a multi-genre celebration of music, art, and summer freedom. Featuring three distinct music stages - the Art Stage, Main Stage, and Hangar Stage - alongside interactive art installations, sports, and entertainment zones, the festival offered an immersive multi-sensory experience from sunset until sunrise.
To complement the festival's architectural identity, C-Squared was commissioned to design and execute projection mapping installations across decorative structures and visual anchors scattered throughout the grounds.
Event Overview
Event: ArevOd Fest 2025
Date: August 9–10, 2025
Location: SKY CLUB Airfield, Yeghvard, Armenia
Production Scope: Architectural 3D projection mapping on decorative constructions and outdoor visual installations
Rather than focusing solely on stage screens, C-Squared applied projection mapping to standalone decorative constructions positioned across the festival perimeter. After sunset, these structures transformed into animated visual surfaces that responded to the festival's changing atmosphere.
Precision Outdoor Calibration: Projections were aligned with clean edge blending to ensure crisp graphical output despite ambient stage lighting, open-air conditions, and changing natural light.
Visual Continuity: The animated graphics acted as a visual bridge, connecting live performances on the main stages with the lounge, food, and interactive art zones across the venue.
By bringing motion and depth to modest-scale architectural elements, C-Squared created dynamic, photo-friendly backdrops that enhanced the nighttime vibe as the festival transitioned from daytime live acts to late-night electronic sets. The project highlights how precision projection mapping on decorative installations can elevate the overall visual identity of large-scale outdoor festivals.
