For the international forum "Yerevan Dialogue 2026", hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, C-Squared delivered custom motion animation, wall projection mapping, and LED screen visual integration for the official opening ceremony. Executed in direct partnership with Event Department and organized by EX Production, C-Squared engineered the opening visual experience for the high-level international conference.

The Event Department commissioned C-Squared as the technical visual partner to engineer the opening ceremony visual production for the diplomatic forum. Following Event Department's creative direction, the brief required developing tailored motion graphics and mapping visual content seamlessly across both interior wall surfaces and high-resolution LED screens to set an authoritative, dynamic tone for international delegates and government officials.
Integrating simultaneous wall projection mapping with high-brightness stage LED displays required precise color balancing and hardware calibration. The primary technical challenge lay in matching visual color profiles and resolution settings across two distinct display mediums - projected wall light and direct emissive LED panels - ensuring zero latency and seamless visual alignment during live opening ceremony proceedings.
Custom Animation Production: Produced custom motion graphics and visual sequences tailored to the forum’s thematic branding and stage geometry.
Wall Architectural Projection Mapping: Calibrated high-lumen projectors using spatial alignment software to project smooth graphics cleanly onto venue wall surfaces without light spill onto stage presenters.
LED Screen Integration & Signal Routing: Configured media servers and low-latency signal distribution to run synchronized motion graphics simultaneously across stage LED screens and surrounding mapped wall surfaces.
Live Opening Show Control: Managed live playback and cue triggering from the control desk to ensure flawless execution throughout the diplomatic opening ceremony.
Successfully delivered synchronized wall projection mapping, LED screen visuals, and custom motion animation throughout the opening ceremony without signal latency, color mismatch, or technical disruption.
